Hakan Törehan: AI is for Humans, Not to Replace Our Youth

Miracle Cash and More founder Hakan Törehan defends a company philosophy that uses AI to maximize end-user benefit while rejecting dependency on it and opposing the use of humans by artificial intelligence.

Törehan emphasized that this issue is extremely important, especially for the youth of an island like Cyprus that has had to struggle with challenges.

"AI is for me a tool of speed and accuracy; the decision maker is the human mind. Especially the youth of Cyprus should use technology as leverage; never as a crutch," Törehan stated.

"My goal is to make payments more fair, accessible and transparent for everyone from small businesses to young entrepreneurs. AI will optimize human benefit; it will not replace humans."

"We want to increase access to opportunities worldwide, but especially in Cyprus: Smart POS systems, AI-supported tools to prevent security and data loss, easy wallet experiences... but all under human control."

Törehan emphasized the importance of maintaining human agency in an increasingly automated world. "We have one rule: Technology under human command. The priority goal of our business is to pioneer a system that will unleash the potential of young people."
